Kellie Martin (born Kellie Marien) is well-known American actor. She's appeared in a variety of TV and film shows, such as "Christy", the story of a girl named Christy Huddleston. Kellie Martin is most famous for her role as the main character on The Hailey Dean Mystery Series. Martin's acting career began when she was just 7 when an aunt, a former nanny who cared her children Michael Landon, helped secure a spot as a special actor in the film of the same name, 'Father Murphy.' After graduating of Yale University, she took acting more seriously, and eventually landed important roles on the small and the big screen. Martin as well as being an accomplished actor and dancer, she is also a successful ballet photographer. Martin is also a mother of two and the spokesperson of Lupus. Following her 19 year old sister's passing Martin has been trying to educate people about Lupus and its symptoms.
